Our athletes took to the ice for an action-packed session focused on teamwork, skill development, and confidence building. Through four engaging stations, participants had the opportunity to practice passing, shooting, skating, and puck control while encouraging one another every step of the way.
Athletes began with team drills that emphasized passing, receiving, and shooting on goal before putting their skills into action during a friendly 3-on-3 scrimmage. Laughter, determination, and celebration filled the rink as teammates worked together to create scoring opportunities.
At the Color Puck Relay station, athletes raced to collect and score pucks, demonstrating speed, focus, and teamwork. The challenge encouraged participants to keep moving, communicate, and support one another as they worked toward a common goal.
The Skating Gauntlet tested agility and endurance as athletes navigated tunnels, tires, and shooting challenges. With each lap completed, athletes gained confidence in their skating abilities while learning that persistence leads to progress.
The Passing Progression station highlighted the importance of trust and communication. Athletes and volunteers worked together to build passing accuracy, gradually increasing distance and celebrating each successful pass.
